1 pkg Nestle Toll House Refrdg Chocolate Chip bar, softened at room temp for 30 minutes
1/3 cup Nestle Toll House baking cocoa plus additional for rolling
2 tbspn Nestle Toll House premier white chocolate morsels
1. preheat oven to 325 F. Grease two baking sheets.
2. combine softened cookie dough and cocoa in large mixer bowl.
3. roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness between sheets of parchment paper using addtn cocoa to prevent sticking. Cut into shapes, place 1 in apart on baking sheets.
4. bake for 12 to 13 minutes or until edges are set. coll for two minutes.
5. microwave morsels in small heavy duty plastic bags (Ziploc) in med-high power for 20 seconds. knead if necessary. cut tiny corner from bag. squeeze over cookies, let stand for 15 minutes. store cookies between wax papers in air tight cont.
